Carpenters For Christ | Elkmont, AL | Church Construction
Project Address: Friendship Church North, 21960 Easter Ferry Road, Elkmont, AL 35620
This project is experienced a delay for the wood framing phase of this year’s CFC project. The new dates for the wood framing are August 6 through August 12. The project starts on Thursday, August 6 at 6:15 AM and ends at 5:30pm on August 12. In this time we plan to complete all framing for 14 first floor classrooms and a floor system with decking for a future second-floor expansion space. Our work will be inside of a new 50’ by 150’ metal building, so we’ll get to work in the shade.

5:30 PM End workday (no group dinner planned)
To help cover trip CFC expenses such as food, tee shirts, insurance, tool maintenance and other expenses we ask for a donation from each participant as shown below.
· $50/adult for the full week of the project
· $35/spouse or child teen for the full project week
· $25/child 12 & under
Or for those that can’t get away for the whole project week:
· Partial trip— $35/1st day, $20/each additional day w/cap of full week cost as shown above.

October 23-24, 2020 - LOVELOUD - Local Mission Projects
LoveLOUD 2020 is missions in our community. The vision of LoveLOUD is to model Jesus Christ as we serve Limestone/Madison County. LLBC counts on our Connect Groups to create a project to serve our schools, our first responders, families, partnerships in mission, and our community. The times of each project will vary. November 2020 - Deliver Shoeboxes - Canton, GA
November (specific dates open for drop-off) This trip is a one day trip to take all the shoeboxes that we collect for New Missions to a warehouse in Georgia. The month leading up to the day, we need volunteers packing the shoeboxes into moving boxes, going through the boxes to make sure they have the correct items in it. Leader Needed.
November 2020 - Community Service - Cumberland, KY
This trip is a weekend trip to serve the community a meal at the Lord’s Cafe. The Lord’s Cafe is operated like any other restaurant except three factors: no one receives a bill for the meal; every customer is prayed with; all work is done as to God and not for a paycheck.
