News Missions Shoebox Drive

LLBC helped reach children globally by packing shoeboxes to send to New Missions for the children in Haiti. One Wednesday in November the children’s ministry packed and prayed over 75 shoeboxes, which were part of 278 total boxes this year. A crew of two people drove the boxes to Ball Ground, Georgia to put boxes on a truck to be deliver to the headquarters of New Missions in Orlando, FL.

Christmas House

In December 2020 we helped 133 children locally by purchasing a gift for a child. From Wednesday, November 18 through November 22, members stopped by the gathering space and picked up a child’s wish list. Before the 10:30 am service started, all names were taken — Praise the Lord! The people who adopted a family bought the wrapped gift(s) on Sunday, December 6. On December 10, the families received their gifts, love, and the Gospel. The last person that showed up accepted the Lord as Savior! What a blessing.
